Complaint

Every effort is made to properly complete and secure the goods for transport.

If there is a discrepancy between the invoice and the actual condition of the delivered goods or the quality of the delivered goods does not meet the quality requirements, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery using the complaint form below.

In the case of damage to a product included in the delivery, please attach a photograph showing the damaged product in the delivery.
